Okay people, need your help! Hit me with your cold/flu remedies - I'm flying out to Thailand in two days and I have just come down with a horrible cold. All the usual symptoms. Cold and flu tablets aren't really achieving anything. We're traveling with a toddler, so I'm going to need my wits about me and cannot afford to be sick! Thanks!!

Grate some fresh ginger, as much as you can stand, pour over boiling water to make a tea and drink it while it's as hot as you can manage, you might wanna sweeten with honey too.
Use a humidifier when sleeping, excellent for sick kids and you.
Grab some immune boost probiotics for kids, I use the inner health brand, give it to everyone, double the amount for adults.
Increase your zinc, ethical nutrients have a powdered zinc fix, take it a few times a day. Take vitamin c a few times a day too.
Rest, rest and more rest!
