I'm a picker. HUGE picker, one of my thumbs/thumbnails is atrocious because I NEED to pick at it.

Oh me me me! I pick nails, the skin around my fingers and my heels. I love books but one day one of the books I was reading got wet and I ended up shredding the whole thing into tiny little pieces luckily it wasn't a good book. I am the same with dust covers... If they get a little tear I have to pick them to pieces. How bad is that?!?

Yeah I'm at that level of picking should see my arms and legs. It's anxiety and stress, it makes me feel good to pick my skin until it bleeds, but then in turn I hate myself for it. I am so embarrassed by it.

    I love a good pick!
Nothing feels better than lifting off a crusty scab!
