    I did a cake course and fell in love with making cakes. I did this one for my mum's 60th birthday. She LOOOOOVES champagne and so it was perfect for her. It took me 2 days and a lot of tantrums to finish. I also made it gluten free as my mum is allergic. I don't do cakes anymore as it's just way too tedious.

    I made a beach scene cake for my sons 3rd birthday I was so proud of it, I have never made a cake before and just kinda followed my instincts with this one

    I just buy the Orchards white Icing from Woolies/coles its like $4 for 400g.,works out as cheap as buying it bulk.Then I colour it

    Havent done a cake for yonks but heres the easter cupcakes I made
    And a dino cake and cupcakes for a friends twins.Am about to do another one for a friends sons bday next month

    Haha... The icing I make always runs a little or doesn't end up as smooth... That looks nice and shiney
