    I hope you are ok

I am 27 weeks, and last Friday I lost a big of plug (bloody and in a clump) after having painful contractions all day at the zoo (and small, uncomfortable ones for the week before that).

Every day this week if I have over done it, I have had the contractions start up. I have spd, but this isn't related and is painful and grips my stomach. I've also been really tired and sleeping up to 12 hours a night/day .

Apparently it is fine though, and can be normal. So I hope it is the same for you.

All good, after a long rest. It was a LOT of mucous, but nothing since, so Im guessing alls fine. Still taking it easy tomorrow, just in case.
