Ok so today was the first time I have regretted making the choice of only having one child. I picked up dd who is two from childcare today. Went to lift her up
To carry her to the car and she said " No mummy I can walk" .........

Don't want to be rude or nosey but can you change your decision to have another one?

I Am going to miss some things sooo much! Like picking her up etc. I know there are so many more things to enjoy though.
I could change my mind if I really wanted to I guess. My decision is mainly based on the financial aspect. I want to be able to provide dd with the most I possibly can ( school, activities, financial security etc) and financially I wouldn't be able to do that with two. Maybe if our situation changed.... C'mon lotto - wait, don't you have to put it on to win ??

It's hard isn't it. They grow way to fast, enjoy every moment that you can before you know it, they will grown adults that move way too far away.

Aww I am feeling the same bout both girls. Seeing them both grow up and they're not little babies anymore. DD2 is starting to learn to crawl and wont be long till she wont need me like DD1. :'(
I dont want them to grow up I just want them to stay my babies forever

I know!! My mum lives on the other side of the country and was up for a week, she left yesterday, I'm 30 and she was crying when she left its never gonna be easier but there is so much to look forward to!!
Yesterday I think was the first time I realized that dd doesn't need me for everything anymore. Sure she needs me for most things but not everything, happy and sad at the same time!!

They are never not going need us, well that what I telling myself. DD rang yesterday for help with a recipe and some advice, that helped me deal with it.
It should be illegal for them to grow up.
