    I'd say she just needs more time to settle in, she is a shy little thing, and probably needs to get a bit more comfortable in the environment, and with the teachers. With it being to chaotic at the start of the year, the teachers may have been unable to give her the extra reassurance she needed.

    I know that when we have met she seems to take a little while to suss things out then happily joins in, she is very much like C in that respect.

    I think its great she has pushed herself to talk to someone today, baby steps.

    Is there anyway you could start having one of her kindy people over to play once a week?

    Also, the kindy should have assigned one teacher to your daughter, this teacher will be the one that tries to form a bond with her moreso than the others at first, she should be the one that greets your daughter every morning and settles her in, gives her cuddles when she's hurt herself and generally just be there for her.
    If they arent already doing this, Id ask them if they could.
