Default Recipes I'm dying to share

Okayyyy! So I've made these two things recently and they're just divine!

The first is a muesli bar recipe:
    1.5cups toasted muesli
    2.5cups rice bubbles
    1/4cup crushed nuts
    125g butter
    1/2cup honey
    1/4cup raw sugar
    1/2cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup choc chips

    Line a shallow baking tray
Mix rice bubbles, muesli and crushed nuts in a large bowl
Put butter, peanut butter, honey & sugar in a small saucepan and melt over a low heat
Bring to the boil, reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes
Combine the melted & dry ingredients and mix well
Pour into the lined tray and pour over choc chips, leave to set in the fridge (can be stored for 3 weeks in the fridge)

And the other is the most delish banana bread!
    1cup plain flour
    1/2cup SRFlour
    1cup brown sugar
    1tsp ground cinnamon
    125g butter (melted &cooled)
    2 eggs whisked
    3 ripe bananas

    Combine flours, sugar & cinnamon
    Whisk eggs & butter together
    Stir in banana
Bake 35 minutes @ 180C (or until cooked in the centre)
Let cool in dish for 10 minutes

Any recipes you'd love to share?

That Banana bread recipe is the one I use, it's so quick and easy and oh, so delish as the butter really resonates through the whole bread, yummo!

That musli bar is the best I have come across yet...however... does anyone have any suggestions to stop it from falling to bits when it has been out of the fridge for a little while?

I am officially the worst musli bar maker ever
