Would be much appreciated! I have numerous books but still feel like a nervous wreck sometimes and the baby hasn’t even arrived yet!

Can anyone recommend a good (and not too expensive!) counselling in Sydney?

I go to a psychologist in Rhodes which I was referred to by my GP and she charges less than $100 as most of it is covered by Medicare.
I would also suggest you see your local community centre or community mental health centre. They're always good help with getting back in track.
