Hello, how many DPO will a blood test pick up pregnancy? im a little unsure when i O'd but i have got very fain but deff there lines on 3 FRER and 2 prognosis. I feel like im just seeing lines now.... lol i had a blood test today bet they will call me and say Negative tomoz

Blood tests are very sensitive they can pick up on as small hcg as 3. But thats classed as not pregnant. Your levels needs to be higher then 20 I think to be classed as actually pregnant! A frer picked it up then bloods deff will.
