Wow you're a trooper! I should've updated sooner but I express a bottle a day (for the bedtime feed in the cot) and I also have reserves in the freezer. Nowhere near as scary as I thought

Good on you, Mrs E! You do get used to it, indeed. You actually get to know yourself pretty well when pumping ~ lots of thinking time and generally relaxing once you get used to it.
Worked out why milk was in my air line...the membrane in the breast attachment had a hole in it from wear and tear (duh...stoopid!). I forget that it needs spare parts once in a while!
