Default Menstrual Cup - folding techniques.

*yep - putting this in the 'general chat' section *
(because I know there are a number of people interested in cups and think this thread might get 'lost' if I tuck it in the cloth pad section)

I have been having issues with getting my cup to sit right.

For the last 5years I've been doing a 'c' fold --but checked the lunette site and it has changed a whole lot since I bought my cup - and now has a quick vid on a number of different techniques.

...so today I've trialled the '7' fold. - so far it's okay, needs some help to pop open though.
Will try some more in time.

Just thought I'd share the video for anyone who may be interested

I use the "scrunch it up and shove it up and hope you feel the suction cap stick" fold!

But I'll watch the vid. I might learn a new one!

I have no idea what fold I used to use when I wore cups and I don't want to open the video in the middle of this quiet telstra shop

I used to squeeze the sides while pushing in the middle, and it kinda folded into 3? I'm not very good at explaining!
