Default Clothes shopping- love it or hate it?

    Out of curiosity...

How old are your clothes in your wardrobe? Do you wait for them to be out of shape etc before buying more or do you toss/donate them on a regular basis?

    It depends.

On how much money I have.

and on how fat I feel that day.

Usually when I dont feel too bad and have money- there is nothing to chose from!

My wardrobe is bursting at the seams though and I STILL have nothing to wear.

I love clothes shopping depending on money I could buy something new every pay. I still have stuff in my closet with tags on I do end up wearing everything though.

I let things go when they are too big or I don't like the style of it anymore i usually sell on eBay. Right now I have a dress that was my favourite the last 3 years I won't chuck it out even though it's become abit worse for wear but I wear it as a house dress lol

I used to love it. And I mean REALLY love it. I still do like looking at catalogues and putting together looks etc. But I just can't bring myself to like fashion with my body being so out of proportion fat at the moment. So I guess I feel more sad when I go to go shopping. I started liking it again when I had almost lost all my baby weight after DD, but I gained it rapidly after moving and was back to wearing whatever would fit me!

After baby #3 I am promising myself that will change!

At the moment, I am wearing clothes until they wear out or fade, because I keep telling myself I refuse to buy more clothes in this size

love it. i don't have the money to buy more often than necessary though. which currently has me down to one pair of really decent casual pants. luckily i'm totally in love with those pants lol
yeah i basically buy when i need to usually. there are a few items of clothing that i have, and wear, that were bought when i was anywhere between 10 and 14. i'm 24..

i also love shopping for shoes, hats and bags. problem is my head is super duper small (i bought a hat yesterday.. it's a 54cm and the smallest one i've ever come across, and slightly too big for me) and my feet stopped growing when i was ten (grade 5), resulting in me being a men's 5 in shoes. not many places sell that size.

i don't buy women's anything as a rule. there are i think two exceptions to that rule. but i absolutely love browsing men's clothes, shoes and bags. and hats. one day i will own a tophat.

This. I think I like the idea of clothes shopping. I am generally poor and fat so it sucks....but I won't give up on it!
