    Default Relaxation app/mp3 pregnancy related

    Hi oh knowledgeable ladies!

I am attending a friends birth as a support person and a few things have come up (stupid doctors with no bedside manner!) that have put fear in her mind.

She is keen to do some visualization / relaxation leading up to the birth.

What I wanted to know is, if you have done this, what did you use? She would love to do a calm birth course but time is getting short and there are none in our area. Is there a downloadable (iTunes?) track you have used? Or a link to a script somewhere? Or an app? She has a mindfulness one but something specifically geared to pregnancy and birth in particular would be awesome.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't have anything specific to labour, but some music i find calming (as does ds) is the panadol baby classical music. You can download the panadol app and then it's 'baby soother' plays 4 songs on repeat.

Hopefully someone else is aware of something more specific for you!

Have a look at the tum2mums website. You can download the whole course or just buy single mp3 tracks that are pregnacny specific. I did a different hypnobirthing course/classses but downloaded some of these tracks as well as the ladies voice is so lovely and relaxing.

She also has a couple of freebie tracks that you can download and try.

And I just remembered that she has a pregnancy specific fear release track that may be helpful for your friend.
