Hmm I'm curious to try this!! Some days I feel very and it would be good if there's something that can chill me a bit.

I use it all the time... The drops one in water or whatever. I use it for panic attacks and anxiety. I think it helps but certainly doesn't get rid of them.
I also used it when I was pregnant and after miscarriage. I think why not use it? If it helps... I also use it for relaxing to go to sleep!

I've used the blackcurrant pastilles during my last 3 labours & during the postpartum period... I felt it helped me relax more

used it for my first labour but didn't have time with my second!
also for days i'm feeling off and stressed out.
i've used the original rescue remedy and currently have the aust bushflower one.

Sorry to drop in. I was just wondering what is this rescue remedy? I need something for my anxiety now that I am off all my meds to ttc and where can I get some? Sounds wonderful.

Lollie it's a herbal remedy you can find it at a health food store or some chemists.

I thought it was herbal but google tells me it's homeopathic. Hmmmmm but dubious I must say. I could be proved wrong however!
