    Default Rescue Remedy

Have you used it? What for (if you don't mind sharing)? Did it work for you?

Yep, good effect for pretty much simply over emotional really, I first used it when I was 13 and the family split up, took it to school every day with me, since then just kept it handy for any time I'm feeling really overwhelmed emotionally, panicy crying whatever...

I used it when I started driving, but it gives me a killer headache. Now I take Brauer's calming remedy...it's amazing. We had exams last week and my study buddy and I were doing shots of it in the carpark.

I used it during pregnancy and labour with my second. I had a 30 hour drug free labour, so maybe it helps
I use it when stressed and emotional and missed it today as I forgot to put it in my new handbag!

Thanks! Lately I found that talking to certain people (cough*mother dearest*cough) just sets me off and I end up very anxious. I was starting to feel really anxious today as I realised in one week I will be staying at my Mums for the night... Anyway, have gone and purchase some this afternoon and oddly enough, can't wait to try it out...

I looked at that one as well and wondered jow it went. The lady at the chemist was not super helpful though. Have you tried the tablets as well as the liquid? Preferences?

It's like having a shot of alcohol without the alcohol, slurring and ripping your clothes off (ok, that's just me, bahaha)..You just feel very zen.

I prefer the liquid because you can have an extra swig, and it works really fast..

But either works differently on different people. I have friends who swear by rescue remedy, and then there are the hardcore calmers like myself.
