DDs only 2 but has an activity every day during the week (she needs it!!!)
Monday- MILs house (wish I could drop that one)..
Tuesday - Bowling only goes for 20-30 mins
Wednesday - playgroup held at play centre. 3 hours
Thursday - playgroup at a church. 1 hour
Friday- Music class. 30 mins
DH wants to take her to dance class one weekend day.
If any of your after school activities are affect school and or sleep (rest time) I'd move them to the weekend of possible.

DS does jiu jitsu Monday and Wednesday and swimming classes on Tuesday. I am so envious of the schools that do swimming, wish ours did!
I will start him on guitar lessons on a Saturday once he's a proficient swimmer.
The Ex wanted to start him on weekend soccer as well but I said NO WAY, two days of sport and one music is plenty for a 5 year old. Plus I am WAY too selfish to dedicate every weekend to sport, I prefer to take him on mini breaks or do fun stuff just the two of us on my weekends

I am of the same mind as the tiggerfields who said she is too selfish to do weekend sports (yet). I like having the weekends to do fun stuff like day trips, going to the park etc. I hate having anything that I HAVE to go to on Sat or Sun.
My little kids don't do any formal activities. They sometimes go to story time at the library, sometimes playgroup on Fri, sometimes gym on Fri.
My 5yo does gymnastics on Tuesday evenings, she also does piano but that is done during school hours. She practices her piano every day though, for about 10 mins.
me and the kids wouldn't cope with any more!
