Well at the moment my DS is 20 months and has just started to put 2 or 3 words together like yes please, I want to, over there etc.. Mind you he still doesn't know all words. He is learning to count but we are only up to 4. He understands up to 10 but doesn't always say it.
Sometimes he still speaks baby talk and I have no idea what he is saying. For example he wil point to something and go on and on about it in his own language.. Lol
He can repeat some songs like " twinkle little star" etc.
He has good days where Im stunned and days where he just talks in his own language.
He plays with my old phone and says "ok thanks bye".. It's so cute!
You DD sounds pretty normal to me.

My sons 19 months and he doesn't say much, makes alot of noises though, gives kisses, hums twinkle twinkle in tune, tries to make incy wincy spider fingers, doesn't wave unless he wants to, he follows command well though, listens and follows through. All kids are different, each in their own time

Completely normal. DS had a few words at 12-18 months and slowly picked up words from then on.
At about 2 it was like something clicked in his brain and suddenly he was talking so well and speaking full sentences. He's 2.5 now and talks non-stop
