My first I was induced at 38 weeks 2nd induced at 42 weeks and 3rd induced at 39 weeks currently waiting to have number 4

8 days, then went into labour naturally. They wanted to induce me at 13.

Op, why were you induced at 35 weeks? Maybe they needed to get things going quicker for you if it was health related?
Your cousin is prob being induced just coz she's 'overdue'. in which case the Ob prob knows she is fine and doesn't actually 'need' the induction so happy to go slow?

i was induced at 39+2 for pre eclpamsia. has a s+s the day before (already 2-3 cm dialated), they broke my waters and put synto drip up at the same time. well not the same time but one after the other.

I had a s&s at 41 weeks, then i was induced with the gel at 41+3 and had DD 41+4 (11 days overdue). The hospital i was at didnt like pregnancies going over 10 days overdue, i think next time though i will just let bub come when he/she is ready

I was induce 41+3. I had a stretch and sweep did nothing. Ended up emergency c section. Had a healthy 10lb 6oz boy. I dont think I could have pushed him out being my first haha

DS1 was 5 days over, DS was 7 days,and I was JUST saying to DH that night,how I was worried they may induce me,and WHAM he must have heard,had contractions 4 hours later!!LOL
