Default reccomend me a good multi vitamin pls

Hi all. Well it seems that I may have a lowered immune system. DD is 4 months old and I have had the flu 3 times already! I'm talking full blown flu with fevers of 38-39.5 degrees. I never used to catch this many flus so I'm assuming that whilst I'm breastfeeding, my immune system is low. I'm just getting over the flu now and I'm sick of always being this sick with a 4 month old and an active 3yr old!
I'm thinking some good multi vitamins may help? Which ones would be better? Pls help with recommending me something I can take that will be safe whilst BFing.

    Thanks

I would increase your vit C. I don't mean drinking a glass of orange juice a day either.

I take 1000mg tablets, 1 or 2 a day. Its water soluble so any that your body doesnt need is passed out with your urine.

Vit C is hugely underestimated for its protective and healing properties, mostlky because its taken in such low doses as to be non-existent.

Bioceuticals have a pre natal multi that is safe to take during breast feeding. I would also consider taking a good probiotics to further increase your immune system.
Thorne is also a good brand but a bit pricey. Also you have to have recommendations by a health practitioner to be able to purchase it.
    Hope this helps!
