    Default I feel fat!

    Hello, I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but have become obsessed with the way my body looks. I am constantly feeling FAT.. this is my first pregnancy and I was about 5 kilos overweight, so yes I am fat but now I feel HUGE.. and I have 8 more months to go... I know its all in my head.. or maybe I'm really bloated?
    I feel wobbly and jiggly and uncomfortable...

    What are some safe exercises to do while expecting?
    I can't join the gym cause I am pretty much broke but I thought if I started working out at least it'll make me feel better about myself.

    Im sure that every pregnant woman can relate to you rollercoaster! Pregnancy although flattering for some of us, is not usually so for the most of us! But enjoy this time because it's the only time you can have a chocolately midnight snack and blame it on someone else. Lol.
    Walking is the best and cheapest exercise you can do while pregnant and half an hour everyday with a balanced diet is sure to keep your weight to a normal level. good luck!

    I have felt exactly the same way as you, and it's been a struggle.

    Keep in mind that our bodies are going through an amazing time, and all of these physical changes are for the benefit of the little life you are growing.

    In terms of excercise, walking and swimming would be your best bet if you're not used to any other form of excercise. My GP advised against running and high impact excercise, so walking and swimming are ideal.

    A lot of what you are feeling is probably just fluid retention, so don't panic
