Default 3 year old kindy Kelmscott and surrounding areas

can anyone reccommend a good 3 year old kindy in Kelmscott or maybe Armadale. I'm not sure how it all works and all I can seem to find is places that do 4 year old kindy. Can anyone give me a run down on how it all works? I'm pretty clueless about it all and starting to get a little overwhelmed :/ Thanks in advance!

My daughter goes to Pioneer Village School for her K3 class. It is wonderful and she loves it so much. The school has a gorgeous community feel and all of the staff are wonderful.

I am sure that John Wollaston has a K3 programme too, and I know that there is one called Buzzy Bees at Mundarda Community Centre in Armadale?
