I also wanted to wish all the ladies luck today - Lillyponds - for a sticky ET and peonies for good BTs!!

To the ladies talking about endometriosis; this has been my life for the past 17 years - I was diagnosed when i was 15 and have been on a large amount of hormones to treat it, pretty much a process of elimination - "oh, you're growing hair on your chest? We'll stop the danazol, Oh, you're having suicidal thoughts? we'll lower your dose of microgynon" I've had 4 surgeries over the years, which m FS thinks could be the reason why my right ovary is effectively dormant - it's smaller than the left and even on 400iu of Gonal F, is not producing any follies. He thinks that one of the surgeries may have caused damage to the blood supply

My pain has thankfully subsided over the years, flaring up at certain times, but it's definitely more manageable than when i was younger. Part of me is really angry that my ovary was damaged by one of the surgeries, but i'm also thankful that i was diagnosed so young. I was actually on Synarel in 1994, when it was initially developed and i had great success with the treatment. I think it really helped with the endo. I was on various pain management plans, including opiate pain management - i was in pain pretty much chronically until a major surgery when i was 17. My gyno said that he was surprised to see so many pockets of endo in someone my age.

I just wanted to say to my fellow endo ladies that I really feel your pain and am sending lots of pain-free vibes to you xox

Good luck to the ladies having major milestones today!!

I hope is all goes swimmngly.

I had my last follie scan this morning... everything is on track - the footy teams are doing what they need to!! I just feel pressure around my ovaries, not surprising really... no pain or discomfort. the biggest is 20mm (perfect) and then I have a number at 18 and 17 mm. We're all set for EPU on Anzac Day, just waiting for the phone call to tell me when to trigger...then its all systems go.

I just told work I am taking the next week and a half off and my Director is supportive (his words "this is more important than work" )

Oh no broomdyke! Are you feeling okay? Look after yourself. Lots of protein, lots of gastrolyte stuff.

AFM: I just got the call from the clinic. Yay, so happy.

    HCG: 2159
    Progesterone: 44

FN said FS is happy with those numbers. AND he apparently said I should have a scan tomorrow, to "rule out ectopic & put your mind at rest". Yay, I think this is all positive. Glad he is humouring me with this early scan too. So that's booked in for noon tomorrow!
