Thanks Meshell. Well we decided to cancel as my follicle is almost 23mm and as it would be another 2 days of gonal before i could trigger epu chance of a rupture is very high.
instead told to have lots of sex. a little confused by that comment.

The "have lots of sex" advice would be to maximise your chances of your DH's sperm meeting that one egg after it ovulates (which is what the trigger will cause), and you might conceive naturally.

Squeak, so sorry to hear about the cancellation.

Fingers crossed that DTD will do the trick perhaps?

Hi lee, I always have high egg retrievals high teens into the 20s because of my pcos and I get very sore and uncomfortable after epu- minor Ohss. DH and I have chosen and FS supports us that after epu we freeze our fertilised embryos and let my body recover. Then we do FET the following month, it is a longer process but I feel better doing it this way. FS doesn't usually advise this as he likes the natural transfers but the statistics between FET and natural transfer are very similar now.

Lee & Zak - This is what I'm worried about for myself, even though it's early days yet. I have stupid, cystic ovaries.. and I'm terrified they'll make things go haywire.

My FS said that FETs are having better success rates than freshies these days.

Yes peonies that's what FS is saying too. I just want my body to be in the best condition when transferring and not in pain before we transfer. As i need to take a lot of painkillers after epu.
Mrs jaguar have a chat with your FS to see if you can do this as a plan B??
My 3 BFP have been one on a natural and two ( hopefully 3) on a FET, but just trying to find the one that will stick out the long haul as all were mc's.
