My ex has informed me today that he is going to fight for 50/50 custody of DS.
How likely is this to be granted?
DS has autism, and faces many challenges in his day to day life. He needs consistency and routine, lots of therapy.
The ex knows no details about who the treating specialists are, names of medication or even DS diagnosis. I have told him ultiple times but it doesn't sink in.
I am offering to continue at every second weekend during school terms, and a week each holidays, two weeks over Xmas holidays.
What will the courts be looking for? How can I stop this happening? I truly believe ethe 50/50 would be hugely detrimental to the well being of DS.

Darling I would say, considering your other thread on how your DS reacts around your ex the courts would even grant him what your willing to give him.
I would definitely get legal advice and get them to assess interactions.
Best of luck.
