I went to the physio last night about my slight pelvic instability, and she tested the strength of my pelvic floor muscles (undies-off test, noice). She praised me for having such strong pelvic floor muscles and I must say I felt inordinately proud of myself

That's great Tripletime! Toilet trained toddlers make life so much easier and you would have to be saving a fair bit on nappies!

Mine is - My 4yr old can swim, he can actually swim, by himself, unaided! I'm so proud of my big boy

That's awesome - I can't wait for my dd to swim unaided (she's nearly 5) - her attempt a freestyle today in her class cracked me up!

    Nice one everyone!

My brag is getting a personal thank you from a client who's $330m contract I have been managing until their permanent contracts manager started. The praise makes me more confident I can do some work after bub comes along!
