I tried it years ago. It's not something that worked for me even though they make the promise to you, I personally felt it a scam. They're not there when you're having an anxiety attack and they're not there when the method isn't working.
Seeing your gp, doing cbt with a psychologist and natural stress relief techniques like meditation and yoga are all good things to help you. Also, read as much as you can and get what you need, then put it all away, I find the more I read or talk about it, the more anxiety I get.

Pinkzy the Linden method is online if you google it. When I bought it I got an electronic copy (I think I still have it in pdf) and have a printed copy. Can't remember if I watched a video?
It's about 9 pillars, it goes through what is anxiety etc. it says it's a method but it wasn't very clear. The main and key to it is eliminating fear, this is his claim to a 'cure' from memory. I haven't read it in a long time but I remember a story of a man driving while having a panic attack and basically screaming and telling it he's not afraid, he faced it head on, it apparently cured him.

No doubt fear has a lot to do with anxiety manifesting, but there is alot more to it.
This is a good educational tool and it's good to read as much as you can.
I'll come back with some names of books if you like?
