    DH dropped off DD1 mon for her 1st kinder day and the teacher wasn't there yet (8.30am) and a few of the other mums got really impatient and asked if he could watch their children as they had to go?!
    He said NO (they have to be signed in as it's connected to DC) and they got really narky with him lol
    Not his fault! Not his responsibilty either - esp if something happens!

    I wasn't aware of those regulations I will ask the centre I have a very tight schedule in the morning and I have to leave asap. I know that if I go in early she is not to leave my sight and we usually sit and read for a few minutes. But I never leave her alone and never leave her with a carer before 7:30am

    wow some people just dont think. Unless the mother thought you were a new worker there since you were in the room. Even though she should have either waited for a worker or spoke with you

    yeah was going to say if we let any one in before 7am at work
    we break licensing laws. we normally have a queue or parents and kids at the door from 645 onwards but we can't let them in til 7! poor bub glad you were there
