Im 6weeks tomorrow and have very high HCG levels 11,500 (taken at 5weeks 3days) this afternoon I have been having a shooting pain on and off on my left ovary. It's not extremely painful but it's like a shooting /stabbing ache which comes and goes.
I know I ovulated from that side as I was on clomid and my cycle was monitored with ultrasound but just interested to know if this is normal and what could it be?
Thanks in advance!

I'm no specialist, and I'm certainly not as informed as some lovely ladies here.
I had similar shooting pains at 6 weeks. I felt like someone was knifing me and it was terrible! I thought that was the end of the world :P hormonal much?
I'm 11 weeks now, no hassles or issues!
Good luck!!! And stay positive

Just a thought.. You may have had a cyst rupture? Just because you mentioned the clomid.. I was on it with my last pregnancy and had a bit of similar pain and doc suggested that this could be the cause..
