    TUMS!!!!

    i cannot recommend them more!!

i loved them in america and when i saw them in the shops i was liKE YES SWEET JESUS!!! A DECENT TASTING (AND GREAT WORKING) heartburn tablet thingie.

They are great, and about the same price as rennies and mylanta.

I tried EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING and only RENNIE WORKED.

So that is my suggestion - but you probably didn't want to hear that. LOL

Yep, here too. Spent a ton of money trying different things and Rennie was the only thing that had the slightest effect.

I had severe heartburn I would burp in my sleep & then vomit & I just lived on mylanta & milk but in my last month the OB told me I could take Zantac & it gave me the relief I needed.

Just make sure what you are taking does not contain aluminium, as it can lead to birth defects. As far as I know Rennie are fine, some Mylanta are ok and some Gaviscon too, but most heartburn tabs have aluminium and calcium carbonate as the active ingredients.
