When I was expressing at work, I was getting 80-90ml from both. If I express after a feed, I'm lucky to get 30!
I think you're doing just fine.

I was getting 240ml combined when I was breast feeding, but I had twins and a massive supply! I think your amount is great

When I used to express (last year) I could get at least 2 bottles at a time and after a feed. I was a real dairy cow lol. However I couldn't actually express using a pump! Only manually using my hand.
Ds years ago was similar but with a pump and not quite as much.

150ml both boobs combined in the morning but not after a feed, could have probably got more but this was 10 min each boob. After a feed maybe 40-50ml combined.

Thanks ladies.
Did anyone find any difference in volume between a manual pump v electric pump?

I have only expressed a few times when dd was a newbie and it was usually just fir comfort and I would get about 60mls in ten seconds with a cheap manual pump lol not sure what I'd get now!
