I am only 21+0 and my ribs are so painful and sore. Have any of you ladies had this and anything to ease the pain?? Thanks =]. X

I had this..only eased off at about 32 weeks. was so painful sometimes in bed.. i would rub tiger balm on it which seemed to help me sleep..and rolling side to side during night so i wasntjust on one rib side for long..pillows underneath me too.
My OB said it was because my baby was so high up and also bad posture can cause issues with rib pain too i think he said.. like sitting hunched over alot (which i do at a desk all day)
