I too have a super tight belly... I think it's because I am so petite and had such a tiny waist pre pregnancy. I have been using this stuff, Elastic Belly Balm, twice a day to ease the tightness:

    It does help!

Oh I know how you feel, the skin at the top of my bump feels like its going to split in half! I've been massaging cocoa butter into it and laying on my side with my belly supported which seems to ease the pain. The end is almost in sight though!

Have you tried using Bio Oil? I've been using it every day on my belly and areas prone to stretching during pregnancy. It has ingredients in it which give the skin better elasticity as well as helping with fading and preventing stretch marks. At the very least it will give you a soothing sensation and keep your skin moisturised.
LOL, I sound like a spokesperson for the stuff.. haha. It's good, though. Google it and you can even look at before and after pictures of scars/stretchmarks. Nothing will prevent it 100% but it's a nice relief to rub it all over after a shower. I have very dry and sensitive skin and have to moisturise all over every day anyway and since buying Bio Oil I don't even use my moisturising creams anymore.
