I have started using just a pillow between my knees, my back hurts now if I don't. I'm 22 weeks. What's the diff between a body pillow n just a normal pillow? I know the body is longer but is that it? What's the benefit?

What brand did you find is the best? I am going to buy one in a few weeks. I don't have a belly at this stage, so I am still able to sleep pretty easily.

I researched heaps of pillows! Prices ranging from $25 - $100! I ended up buying a maternity body pillow from Kmart ($25)! Works amazingly! Obviously not for everyone but I bought it as I saw someone on BUBHUB say it was amazing!

I have the one from Kmart and I also got one from a baby shop which cost about $70/80and must admit the baby shop one is way better than the kmart one, it's flatter and more comfy. Like I said I still use it to sleep and im not pregnant but my back issues are heaps better since using (and I can't sleep on my Tum after birth due to either pregnancy or the epi)

I've had a body pillow since I was in my early teens haha It's something I've just always loved having so I'm one step ahead with that part of pregnancy.
