Thanks for that JacquiLea, I guess I'm a bit paranoid about timing because I haven't yet seen any other ideas for conceiving a girl that have really made sense, apart from positions. I think I'll just have to stop being so worried about timing and just get on with it .

TTC is hard enough for me to understand so I will definately give the whole "gender swaying" a miss for our first bub :-)

so instead of trying to work out when I ovulate we just resulted to doing it every day in the 2 week period that I think I might be.... at the very least we have fun with it that way!

I reckon that its easier for boy too. I must say that if we had our DS already I wouldnt even worry and just go for it every second day. The pressure to work it out right is intense lol.

    Hi girls,

I've been having such a crappy week so far (DD has been sick, car broke down and numerous little things going wrong). But I think my luck is starting to change. I got a call to say I'd won a runners up prize from a comp I entered in Mother & Baby last year. I won $150 to put towards swimming lessons for DD. I never win anything so I'm super excited!

I'm aiming to test Saturday so hopefully my luck will continue til then and I'll get a BFP!
