A lot of lactation recipies call for it.
Where do you buy it from and which brand?
    TIA :-)

There's a section at your supermarket for brewing, usually in your drinks aisle.

When i bought it a couple of years ago, I could only find it in the health food store. They had a lot the same brand of grains and pulses etc and that brand also had the brewer's yeast.

Yep, health food shop. It's where I got mine I couldn't find it in the supermarket at all.

The health food shop might also have BF tea which could work for you. I had friends use it and their supply increased heaps!

I had a low supply with DS too. A hubber gave me the name of a book she swore by. I think the title is "A breast feeding mothers guide to making more milk" and is by Diana West.

I ordered it off eBay, but it never arrived, so have ordered it again from another supplier and hope it arrives soon!!
