Just spent 7 hours in hospital with our worst fear likely a reality. Blood tests show HCG has only gone up to 5800 so only 700 higher than Monday's result and an examination of my cervix shows it has some membranes visible so likely that it is opening ready for a miscarriage. Have to go to the early pregnancy clinic monday for a conclusive ultrasound as they aren't readily available on weekends. So upset. The emergency staff were lovely other than the massive wait to do everything. I spent most of the day with a drip in my arm and some extremely strong pain killers. Got home and threw up... probably a combination of empty stomach causing car sick and stress. I guess we just go through the motions now. Thanks everyone for your support.

I am so very sorry to read this. I had high hopes that everything would turn out fine for you. Monday is closer than Tuesday at least but small comfort for today.
Please take care of yourself and don't beat yourself up. Whatever happens is completely out of your hands and it's nothing you have or haven't done.
