    I've never been in the situation but just wanted to say I think you are doing an amazing job. Legumes, lentils, vegies are all full of nutrients.

    Share a book, it might be cheap, but the dinners you're proposing are probably more nutritious than what goes on the table in families that can afford convenience foods. I hope your situation improves soon though

    Bulk amounts of rice with some vegies or legumes never hurt anyone hey. Gives me the poops that the only time her father went without food was to feed his own drug habit.
