I eat it everyday - usually for lunch & dinner although that includes fish/tuna/chicken/beef so it does vary a bit. My FIL was a butcher so my dh loves his meat. My iron levels were quite low after my ds and again after my dd so red meat is a priority. We love our meat in this house .

I get iron deficient really easily so I try to do red meat every 2nd or 3rd day. So usually 3 or 4 days a week. I would probably do chicken, fish, egg and vego dishes as well.

I know red meat is best in moderation and I try really hard to do a balanced diet and include foods from all different food groups esp. fruit and veggies.

My goodness... this is definitely an eye opener

We eat meat everyday.... at least once a day sometimes twice (depending what the kids have for lunch) đŸ˜•

So like some sort of meat for dinner

My children both have ASD and are very fussy with foods preferring to only eat 'hot meals' ... sandwiches... crackers.. fruit etc they won't touch

Definitely going to try some vegetarian recipes after this... very inspiring

I'd say pretty much everyday. I eat quite a bit of fish too so maybe these is an odd day where I don't have meat for lunch or dinner but that would be rare.

    Myself, none!

DD might have fish once fortnight but no meat, she became vegetarian (pescatarian) aged 6.

DH generally eats meat 6-7 days per week.
