Thanks ladies, I'm glad I asked and didn't let it keep dwelling in my mind - that's all reassuring to hear!

I was 49kg and am 165cm so size 6 and never had any problems conceiving! As long as you are healthy then it shouldn't have an impact.

I weigh 46kg and have been trying for just over 2 years.

I found out a few months ago that I wasn't ovulating, but I also found out that I had PCOS which was probably the cause. I also wasn't diagnosed it for a long time because apparently 'skinny people don't have PCOS'. Doctors!

Anyway, after all that I started injectable cycles which made me O, and after a few months of that with no baby, we decided to go for IVF as we are 'unexplained'.

I don't know if any of that has to do with my weight, but I couldn't put any on if I tried!

My BMI is under 17, no eating disorder but loads of health issues. After 12 mths of steroid treatment I got to my heaviest weight and fell pregnant quickly. After DS I lost loads of weight again and it took 2yrs and a m/c and 2 chemicals to fall pregnant.

I wouldn't say my weight alone was a factor but it did play a part I think.
