Oh gosh, this makes me want to break down in tears. I can't imagine the pain that family are going through when they should have been celebrating. Poor children.

    Heartbreaking.

I hope they have a wonderful support network to help them.

So, so heartbreaking and devastating when a Mother passes away during or thereafter childbirth.

My thoughts go out to her family and all her loved her at this very sad time.

The milk tree for this bubba has actually been closed as the organisers have been inundated with milk donors. But if anybody's interested, there are many many more babies who need EBM from other mamas.

    Rest in peace, mama.

I noticed that too missie_mack. I think I read that she is the first homebirthing Mum to lose her her life in the last 15 years. I think that only goes to show how safe home birth is!

I'm sure people will rally with EBM donations.

I cried for this beautiful family yesterday.
I can only imagine the devastation her husband and family must feel and that gorgeous 3 yr old

I was really hoping that the media wouldn't pick this story up
I just hope they report sensitively and respectfully.
