Hi Petalsgalore - thanks for all the info and congrats on your little one! :-) I'll look into the clinics you've mentioned. However, I'm a bit floored by the pricings that I've been quoted. Cathie Sanchez quoted me US$13,100 for the ED/IVF package, Reproductive Solutions for $US11, 500. I'm confused as to why it would be 2-3 times as much.

Hi Petalsgalore - Quick question, when you mentioned that all donations (in Malaysia) is anonymous, does that mean you're not able to view pictures or their profiles? I was told from a clinic in Cambodia that only their names are anonymous. Thanks!

    Hi Cali,
Yes agent prices! Crazy huh! Try direct if you can. Yes they make $10k on a cycle!!! f you got a Fs here you can discuss your cycle with and do your scans. You simply ring or email the nurse or FS in Malaysia to Discuss things they email you the protocol. I personally like Australia's egg donor protocol. You go on the pill then take estrogen to thicken your lining straight for 10 days or so have a scan a few times then you are ready to fly.
In Malaysia their protocol is quite slow building up the estogen amount over a month. I prefer the quicker way.

Yes you see photos. Anonymous donation meaning you can't have their contact details or full name so if your child wants to contact them in the future.
We were very fortunate in Thailand before the laws changed to ask our clinic to kindly ask our donor if we can have her details for future contact. She agreed.
Fingers crossed for you and yes We found Sunfert a good professional clinic direct. Cathy is the egg co ordinator in that clinic. (Not Cathy Sanchez the agent)
    Best wishes.

Hi , I'm new to this site too. We were very happy with Cathie Sanchez. Our little girl arrived October last year and baby No.2 due in January 2017. Cathie made the whole process so easy for us.

    Hi,

I am new to this site.
May I ask someone who have a success in DE transfer in Thailand.
    Which clinic do you recommend?
I have a quote from Cathie/Thailand Fertility which is expensive.
Have anyone went directly to the clinic instead of using an agent?
We really wanted to have a baby but my FS told me that I got low ovarian reserve.
    Much needed help pls.

Default success with donor egg from Malaysia

    Hi,
I am lucky to have success in delivering a healthy baby girl via using donor egg in Malaysia at the end of last year, thanks to many helpful posts on this forum. I used Cathie initially as she moved business to Malaysia from Thailand, unfortunately, it was a failure. After I got myself ready for another try, her quote was nearly doubled than first time which I could not afford, so I looked at somewhere else. Then I found Damai Service Hospital in KL which is a public hospital and their program coordinator Toh Lu Yee who is most helpful and professional with a big heart. I enjoyed their services and ongoing follow-up and care they provided, not to mention I owe my motherhood entirely to them. I would recommend their services to anyone who is interested in donor egg program in Malaysia.

Default Any recent egg donor cycles in Malaysia

    Hi,
I am new to this site & am just trying to find any info on anyone who may have recently had dealings with Cathie from FertilityMY in Penang Malaysia. We decided on Malaysia due to wanting a Chinese donor as I am Eurasian (Chinese/english).
I have just had a failed cycle through her with some issues & would be interested to hear from others who may have used her recently please. Not sure where to go from here & need some advice.
    Thanks

@huanyingni: congratulations on your baby girl.
I am in the process of looking for DE. How much did you spend in total for a full cycle? Cathie’s quote is expensive so I am looking for another alternative. Did you have to fly to KL for a few visits? If it’s ok, may I ask Toh Lu Yee contact/ email?

    Hi,
Toh Lu Yee's email is tohlu.yee@clinics.whatclinic.com, please contact her directly for more info. I can't remember the quote from Damai Service Hospital, however, it's much more reasonable than Cathie's quote. I only flew to KL with my husband once for the final sperm collection and embryo transfer, the others have all been done via email and what's app instant messenger. Good luck!
