    I completely agree with northern. Black jewels series.

    I also agree with spongebob about women if the otherworld and the mercy Thompson series.

    There is also the Harry Dresden series by Jim butcher -awesome!
    And Kim harrison has a great witch series-I think it starts with Dead witch walking

    If you liked Anita Blake there is laurel k hamilton's other series about merry gentry.(if you haven't already read it)

    J.R Ward series about vampires is probably the best books I have ever read. I can't remember the titles but it's about a brotherhood. They are a little X rated but the story line gets you sucked in every time. I could put the books down!

    Fools Errand (Robin Hobb) is the first in a lovely series of books with a beautiful sentiment underneath the usual swords and magic, for Eddings fans. Also ties in with the Farseer Trilogy, also brilliant.

    Vampire lovers, the Mercy Thomspon series are great. (Patricia Briggs)
    also the Nighthuntress books by Jeaniene Frost are quite sexy vampire books
