I've been using it for about a week and need friends!!! I'm myztik666 (creative huh).
With the calories, I'm supposed to have 1200 a day. If I'm trying to lose weight do I need that much plus exercise or what? I'm confused still

I been using it for the last 5 day doing really good ( had attempted it before but was still eating bad )

Yeah the days I go to the gym it adds another 300-500 calories so I wasn't sure if I needed to eat more or not :/ I'm finding it hard to get to the 1200 as it is.

Don't eat more, just try to aim for around 1200 or less and try and do something active each day and you should lose

Ok good to know. I'm tending to sit around 200 under most days and the days I can't get to the gym I will sit on the exercise bike once the kids are in bed.

Arg can anyone give me any ideas? I have 10kg to lose and I was doing so well on this app but now I'm not. I get home from uni I'm exhusted and DF works nights so I just pig out!
I know I'm only doing it cos im lazy, bored and lonely but I can't stop :/ I e nearly put back on what I'd lost

I'm finding drinking water when I get the urge to snack is working quite well. Can you get some lean cuisine or similar meals do you just have to shove them in the microwave?
