    Not a lot but I am exercising. Going to get back into my exercise dvd's properly in a couple of days. I wasn't counting calories and didn't realise I wasn't getting enough before starting MFP.

    I cant figure out how many calories i should be eating... Anyone know how to figure it out?

    Mine did it automatically after I input the data for how much I weigh, my height and how much a week I want to lose

    If it helps any I don't think poorly when I see such-and-such hasn't logged in for 15 days (or however long). I'm busy with kids and life and I figure others get busy too. But if you want I'll message you and say "c'mon Sammy!!"
