    What I have tried

    sure slim - loss 15 kgs- gain back fast after i stopped and got depressed from very low carbs

    weight watcher - 20 kgs loss - slow regain

    low carbs - 15 kgs

    xencal - 20 kgs

    optifast 28 kgs

    wls (gastric sleeve) 88kgs

    Exercise, smaller portions, less junk food. I lost 18kg last year, but have put on 5kg since beginning of the year due to a holiday and no gym. Back to normal on Monday and back to regular exercise and better eating.

    So much fun. I prefer DC as it's fun, great cardio. I want to get the MJ and BEPs game too.

    I have walked everywhere/public transport with pram, insted of using the car.

    I got a wii fit

    I started eatting more protien (eggs, nuts, & meat)

    I use diet shakes occasionally

    I still eat junk often but I've cut down on all portion sizes and switched to diet soda.

    Ive lost 22 kg :smileydance:

    Well done!
    I found diet shakes didn't work for me and opted for protein shakes after a workout - which kept me feeling full until next meal/snack.

    I used to drink Diet coke until I found out that the artificial sweetner in it was worse than having the sugar of regular coke. So I stopped drinking them - I just refuse to give up any coffee now! Lol
