i thought you werent spose to sleep on your back because it makes blood pressure drop???
you arent spose to sleep on your right side cos your vena carva in the heart is on that side and it can cut off blood flow sleeping on your right side.
pretty much i guess if you are pregnant you are only spose to sleep on your left side.

I heard that it's safe to sleep on your right side unless you actually have problems with it.
I'm 31 week and I have to change positions several times between laying flat on my left or right side and propped up on my back and on each side. I find it a bit hard to breath if I'm flat on my back.
I'm finding it hard enough to sleep without being restricted to my left side!

I slept on my belly for all of my first pregnancy, and I assume I will do the same this time because every other position kills my back. I think you should just sleep in whatever position allows you to get a good nights rest!
