I have a Mazda2.
I am looking for a car seat (convertible that will suit from
birth to 4 years) and a pram that will fit in the car.
I don't have any specifications for the car seat but I want the pram to be 4 wheels and able to have the baby facing us.
Can anyone help with some suggestions?

Mazda 2's have a fairly large boot We've got a Getz at the moment and are looking at upgrading to a Mazda 2! I'm not sure about a pram as we only have looked at 3 wheel ones, but if you go to Pram Warehouse they let you test out how well prams fit in your boot. For car seats we are hiring one through Qld ambulance service and they use the Safe n' sound car seat. We got told there would be no issue fitting it in either our Getz or Mazda 2 if we ended up getting one

We also have a small car and use a S&S Compac deluxe seat and we have a combi stroller. The Combi stroller is great, very compact and lightweight, you can use it from newborn and it has a reversible handle and a good sun canopy.

I used to have a safe n sound compaq and it was the only seat I used where the passenger wasn't squashed in the front. I've seen a lot of people recommend a peg perrego something or other but it is horribly expensive and rated pretty poorly in the crep tests!
Can't help with pram, sorry, but when bub is a toddler most strollers fold up really small and you can fit stroller and groceries in the back in future.
