Ugggh pick me. 10G, always. If I lose weight, my boobs stay the same too. I would give anything to drop a couple of cup sizes without having to get surgery but noooooo...my body wants me to walk hunched over forever.

OK...now, the logical part of my brain tells me this is probably BS, but the hopeful-not wanting to lose my boobs-part of my brain tells me it might be worth trying.

So, a friend just told me that as long as I eat chicken breasts 2-3 times a week (which I do anyway), the hormones in them will ensure that my boobs don't shrink at all?? This has got to be false right? I mean I'm losing them and I've been eating a fair bit of chicken for per week for months now...

    Ridiculous?

    Normal chicken no.

Yeah it's gotta be BS. I eat a lot of chicken (for my protein) and it's always skinless breast meat.

I'm the same, except I don't even gain weight on my boobs either, or if I do it's a very small amount. Now I'm losing weight too, and my small boobs are getting smaller - not happy about it! But I guess I'll just have to keep wearing pushup bras. And no surgery for me I'm afraid, I don't want fake boobs and I know my dh won't want them either.

Nah that's a myth. There are no hormones in chicken.

I am a size 8 and wear an A cup. My cup size definitely fluctuates with my weight. Only the chosen few get to be skinny AND have big boobs! Just look on the bright side - with small boobs you don't have to bother with a bra, less chance of sagging & stretching, etc.
