That is ridiculous and pathetic. You should not have to pay to take a BABY FFS. Not like they are going to sit on the seat and use the facilities!!

Seems pretty strange. If I was 40 weeks pregnant, would I have to pay for the fetus to enter?
A baby, breastfed or formula fed, isn't using any resources except perhaps the mother's patience!

Oh that's just ridiculous. 'Everyone needs a ticket' Well fine, issue them with an 'accompanied baby' ticket for free then. They make it sound like mums are trying to sneak people in over the barriers. The baby couldn't care less about the games, they just want their mums and a good feed on time. Sheesh.
Or better yet, lighten up a little and allow babes in arms, *shock, horror* unticketed.
