DH doesn't know what I weigh, but he knows how far off my pre-pre-pregnant weight I am.

Oh and yeah I tell him. Even when I know he'll probably get cranky about it (he doesn't like that I've lost ten kilos this pregnancy when I was at a normal weight to begin with >_<)
But, it means when I told him I've lost weight, he'll cook me something, and if I finally gain a little, he'll cook me something - just to keep it going up :-P Man - I love my husband...

Yes he knows, he picks me up and if I've gained weight like when I was preg with DS he tells me I weigh more haha

Yes. Although I have a "happy" weight and a "content" weight and a "getting uneasy weight"... and luckily I haven't gone over them yet (when not pregnant.) So maybe if I got to a point I was really unhappy with my weight I might be more reluctant to tell.

Why would you need to hide it from your partner?!

Yes, right down to the last unwanted fraction of a kilo.
He also knows my goal weight and is being beautifully supportive to assure I get there.
